SATURDAY 25 SEPTEMBER - 7.00 FOR 7.30pm

AT ST BARTHOLOMEW'S CHURCH CENTRE, OTFORD

BUFFET SUPPER WITH ENTERTAINMENT

 

The 2010 informal Supper will be held at the Church Centre of St. Bartholomew's, Otford (TN14 5PD), on Saturday 25th September at 7.00 for 7.30pm. The church is situated just off the A225 roundabout in the centre of Otford (the duck pond), and there will be a KCOA sign to the car park.

 

This will be a two-course seated buffet supper. There will be ham, salmon and chicken main courses, and an assortment of salads, followed by cheese or a choice of sweets. Fruit juice will be provided, but otherwise please bring your own drinks: glasses will be provided. This will be followed by entertainment and a raffle. We hope to have at least 40 present, and we extend our invitation to all members of the KCOA, their spouses or partners, and any guests members may wish to bring, potential members or others who may have an interest in the Association. Please come if you can, and let us see if we can even increase our numbers - there is plenty of room!

 

The cost of the meal will be £17.50 per head (cheques to KCOA). Please complete the form below and return it to the Secretary as soon as possible and in any event by 8th September, as we have to give final numbers to the caterers in good time.

             Short demonstration of the organ and time for members to play. This organ was in the Great Exhibition of 1851.

5.00pm Organ Festival

             Parking in town centre and car parks adjacent to both churches.

Nearest tube station is Tottenham Court Road. The church is at 235 Shaftsbury Avenue WC2P 8EP. From tube station turn into New Oxford Street and the church is off to the right.
